Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Ferngrove General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available to view at its website (Ferngrove.com.au).
3. The competition commences at 12am AWST on 10/03/23 and concludes at 11.59pm (AWST) on 9/04/23 (Promotional Period).
4. Participants must be over 18 years of age to enter.
5. Winners will then be notified by 17/04/23 and prize will be sent the winners.
6. One entry permitted per participant during the promotional period.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. Employees of the promoter and participating retailers are unable to enter the competition.
How to Enter
1. Purchase 2 bottles of Ferngrove Black Label Wine.
2. Scan the QR Code on bottle next tag to enter.
3. Complete the Entry Form.
Winning Determination
31 winning entries will be selected at random by the 17/04/23 at the Promoter’s Head office.
The winners will be announced on Ferngrove’s Website and will be notified via telephone/email. Prizes will be sent to the winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to feature the names of prize winners publicly.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Each entrant can only receive one prize throughout the duration of the promotional period.
Prize
• Each Winner receives one carton (6 bottles) of Ferngrove Black Label Sauvignon Blanc valued at $132.00 each. In total 31 cartons of Black Label Sauvignon Blanc will be given away to 31 winners.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
