This little stunner has recently picked up a gold medal at the Royal Hobart Wine Show, and silver medals at the prestigious Royal Adelaide Wine Show and The National Cool Climate Wine Show. Our cool climate Great Southern produces a restrained and elegantly textured Shiraz. For our Independence Shiraz, we add a touch of Viognier and the wine bursts with floral and fruit aromatics. Winemakers Comment: Fleshy and juicy with a soft palate. Mulberries, black cherries and plums shine through.
